Do you have offline store?

No. Our offline store is currently not open for public.

Are your items ready stock?

Are your products manufactured in Indonesia?

Yes, our products are self-manufactured in Indonesia.

How do I know the product measurement?

What should I do if the package I received has problems, like some defects?

What is the exchange policy? Can I return the product if the size is not suitable to me?
  • Please read the description about the product and size before proceed to payment. There are complete details of photo, size, and color in every product. You can reach our customer service through Whatsapp if you still have question. After the products delivered, you cannot exchange model, size, or colors.
  • Please allow 1-3 cm differences due to manual measurement and a little color variation for different display and lighting settings. No worries, we always check and do quality control regularly. Product exchange can be applied to product with (a) manufactory major defect such as significant length or cutting (b) wrong shipment of product variations such as model, color, and size
  • In case of manufacturing defect, you must provide photos as a proof. Please make sure all products are exactly as you received them with tag still attached, unworn and unwashed within 2 days after you received the product.
  • We will respond to your request as soon as we can, exchanges can only be made after you receive our response.
  • You will then have 2 days starting from you receive our response to send it back, if we receive your package more than that, we have the right to cancel your product exchange.
  • We will bear the delivery cost of exchange only if we shipped wrong items or size, and manufacturing defects for purchasing through website.
How long is the shipment process?

Shipping will take 1 – 3 working days after your order is confirmed. Please kindly wait for your package to arrive. You can contact our customer service to track your order.

Do you accept resellers or drop shippers?

We do accept resellers or drop shippers. You can directly contact our customer services through Whatsapp for term and condition and special price.
